Bellobi Terms of Service
Effective date: June 29, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of Bellobi, an AI phone-call assistant currently offered for use in the United States only. Bellobi is operated by LEVOND VENTURES LTD, 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. These Terms include the Calling Policy below. They are not legal advice; you are responsible for deciding whether a call you request is lawful.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in, starting or scheduling a call, buying minutes, or otherwise using Bellobi, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Bellobi for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Bellobi.
2. The Service
Bellobi lets you create reusable call tasks, place or schedule outbound calls, monitor live calls, transfer an active call to another phone number, review call reports, and manage billing. Calls are placed through third-party voice-AI and telephony providers. The assistant may wait on hold, navigate phone menus, speak with recipients, leave voicemail where appropriate, generate transcripts or summaries, and evaluate whether a task appears complete.
Bellobi is in beta. AI systems can misunderstand instructions, provide incomplete results, make factual mistakes, mishear call participants, fail to complete a task, or behave unpredictably. You must review call outcomes yourself and must not rely on Bellobi for emergencies, safety-critical decisions, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
3. Accounts And Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use Bellobi. You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly update your email address and phone number if they change.
You are responsible for activity under your account, including all calls, scheduled calls, call transfers, task content, and purchases made from your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use Bellobi only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use Bellobi to violate any law or third-party right, interfere with or disrupt the service, probe or bypass security controls, reverse engineer the service, scrape or harvest data except as permitted by normal product use, resell or sublicense Bellobi without permission, share an account with unauthorized users, submit malware or harmful code, or use Bellobi to build or benchmark a competing service without permission.
You may not use Bellobi to impersonate another person, misrepresent your authority, obtain information through deception, make decisions that legally or significantly affect a person without human review, or create content that is unlawful, defamatory, invasive of privacy, discriminatory, abusive, or otherwise harmful.
5. Calling Policy
Every Bellobi call must be user-directed, lawful, non-marketing, and made for a legitimate personal or operational purpose. You must have a reasonable relationship to the call recipient or a lawful basis for the call, and the call must be expected or otherwise permitted by the recipient.
You may not use Bellobi for sales, marketing, advertising, promotions, lead generation, cold calling, recruiting, political outreach, campaign activity, charitable fundraising, debt collection, mass outreach, spam, scams, harassment, threats, impersonation, deception, or any call intended to solicit purchases, donations, votes, employment candidates, business leads, or similar responses.
You may not use Bellobi to make telephone solicitations or telemarketing calls, even if you believe an exemption, established business relationship, written consent, or do-not-call exception might otherwise apply. You may not use Bellobi to test numbers, verify whether a line is active, harvest information, build calling lists, bypass carrier analytics, or evade call blocking, traceback, caller-ID, or do-not-call controls.
You may not use Bellobi to call emergency lines, 911, poison control, law enforcement dispatch, hospitals, patient rooms, health care facilities, elder care facilities, government hotlines, crisis lines, premium-rate numbers, or any destination where automated, artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated calling is prohibited or inappropriate. Bellobi may block or restrict numbers, destinations, tasks, or calls at any time.
You may not use Bellobi to make repeated, continuous, abandoned, silent, abusive, or harassing calls. You must schedule calls for reasonable local hours for the recipient and must not use Bellobi in a way that causes carrier complaints, traceback requests, call blocking, or reputational harm to Bellobi or its providers.
You may not call a number if you know or should know that the number has been reassigned, recycled, disconnected, ported, or belongs to someone other than the person who provided consent or reasonably expects the call. You are responsible for using current recipient contact information and for checking reassigned-number, suppression, and do-not-call data where required or prudent.
6. Consent And Telephone Compliance
Before starting, scheduling, or transferring any call, you represent and warrant that the called party has provided all consent required by applicable law. This includes consent required under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, FCC rules, the Telemarketing Sales Rule where applicable, state mini-TCPA laws, state do-not-call laws, and any other calling, recording, privacy, consumer protection, or industry rules that apply to the call.
Because Bellobi uses AI-generated and synthetic voice technology, you must have consent to place a call using an artificial, synthetic, AI-generated, or prerecorded voice whenever such consent is required. For wireless numbers and other protected lines, this may require prior express consent. For any telemarketing or advertising call, Bellobi is not permitted even if you believe you have consent.
You must not call anyone who has asked you or Bellobi not to call them. You must maintain your own do-not-call records where required, honor revocations of consent, and provide evidence of consent or compliance to Bellobi on request.
You are responsible for any required call disclosures, including identifying that the call is made by an AI assistant on your behalf when required or appropriate. You must not instruct the assistant to misrepresent who it is, who it represents, why it is calling, or whether a call is automated or AI-assisted.
You must ensure that any caller identification, callback information, and contact information used in or associated with a call is accurate and not misleading. You must not spoof caller ID, hide the true purpose of a call, or cause Bellobi or its providers to transmit misleading or inaccurate caller identification information.
If a recipient asks not to be called, revokes consent, requests a callback number, asks who is responsible for the call, or raises a privacy or legal objection, you are responsible for honoring that request and notifying Bellobi where needed so we can investigate or restrict future calls.
7. Recording, Transcripts, And Sensitive Data
Regular calls may be recorded, transcribed, analyzed, summarized, stored, and made available in your account. You are responsible for obtaining all legally required recording consent and for making any required recording disclosure before or during the call. Some states require all parties to consent to recording.
If a recipient does not consent to recording, transcription, AI processing, or continuation of the call, you must ensure the call ends unless another lawful basis and legally required disclosure applies. Do not use Bellobi to pressure a recipient to stay on a call after an objection, revocation, or do-not-call request.
Do not include payment card numbers, bank account details, government identifiers, passwords, one-time codes, API keys, detailed medical information, insurance identifiers, or other high-risk sensitive information in regular tasks or calls. Bellobi may reject or block task content that appears to contain unsupported sensitive information.
Bellobi is not designed for protected health information, medical care, insurance claims, financial account access, regulated legal services, or other regulated professional workflows. Bellobi does not enter into business associate agreements and should not be used as a HIPAA-regulated service, even if a provider offers HIPAA-oriented processing features for a particular call mode.
Incognito Mode is intended for calls where you do not want reusable task data, recordings, or transcripts stored in Bellobi. Incognito calls still require live processing by Bellobi and its providers, and a short call summary, call metadata, billing records, security logs, and legal or operational records may still be retained.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of task descriptions, parameters, call instructions, feedback, refund reasons, and other content you submit. You grant Bellobi a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, host, copy, process, transmit, display, and create operational outputs from your content as needed to provide, secure, support, debug, improve, and enforce the service.
You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it and use it in calls.
9. Plans, Billing, And Minutes
Bellobi may offer free plans, paid subscription plans, and extra minutes. Prices, currency, included minutes, renewal dates, taxes, and fees are shown at checkout or in the billing portal. Paid subscriptions renew unless canceled through the billing portal before the next renewal.
You authorize Bellobi and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for subscriptions, extra minutes, applicable taxes, and other charges you approve. You can manage or cancel paid subscriptions through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period unless the billing portal or applicable law states otherwise.
Promotional codes may be subject to eligibility restrictions and may be withdrawn or deactivated at any time before redemption. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, a first-month promotion applies only to the first paid subscription invoice, does not apply to extra-minute purchases, and renews at the standard monthly price shown at checkout.
Paid-plan included minutes reset each billing period and do not roll over. Extra minutes remain available until used, account deletion, or service termination unless stated otherwise at purchase.
New accounts receive a one-time five-minute free trial allowance. It does not renew or reset, has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or paid credits, and is not eligible for minutes credit requests.
Call minutes are deducted while a call is in progress and may be rounded up to whole-minute increments. Calls can fail because recipients do not answer, lines are busy, external providers are unavailable, instructions are incomplete, or the assistant cannot complete the requested task. Failed, incomplete, or unsatisfactory calls may still consume minutes.
Unless required by law, Bellobi does not provide cash, card, or original-payment-method refunds for subscriptions, extra minutes, or calls. Paid-plan users may request a discretionary minutes credit from the call report for eligible completed calls. Approved requests are credited as Bellobi minutes only. Calls that fail because your task or parameters lacked enough context, or because the call was prohibited by these Terms, are not eligible for minutes credit.
10. Third-Party Providers
Bellobi depends on third-party providers for voice calling, telephony, speech recognition, language models, voice generation, payments, authentication, hosting, email, logs, and security. These providers may process your content, call audio, call metadata, account information, billing information, and usage data as needed to provide their services to Bellobi.
Third-party providers process and retain information under their own service terms, privacy policies, data-processing terms, retention settings, and agreements with Bellobi. Provider retention, deletion, logging, model-use, security, and compliance practices may differ from Bellobi's local retention and deletion behavior.
Third-party services may be unavailable, delayed, or changed without notice. Bellobi is not responsible for failures caused by third-party providers, telephone carriers, recipient phone systems, internet connectivity, or external systems outside our control.
11. Enforcement
We may review tasks, calls, metadata, account activity, and billing activity to operate the service, investigate abuse, respond to legal requests, protect users and recipients, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
We may reject, cancel, block, throttle, suspend, or terminate any task, call, transfer, number, account, or purchase that we believe may violate these Terms, create legal or safety risk, harm recipients, abuse providers, threaten service reliability, or expose Bellobi to liability.
12. Service Changes And Termination
We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of Bellobi at any time. You may stop using Bellobi at any time and may delete your account in settings. Completed account deletion deletes your local account profile, authentication records, saved tasks, task parameters, local call history, regular call transcripts, regular call recordings, regular call summaries, and regular call analysis, except that certain billing, tax, accounting, chargeback, refund, fraud-prevention, security, abuse-prevention, legal, backup, vendor, provider, and compliance records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you have an active paid subscription, you must cancel it through the billing portal and wait until it is no longer active before deleting your account. This helps prevent account deletion while an external billing relationship is still active.
13. Disclaimers
Bellobi is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
We do not guarantee that calls will connect, that recipients will answer, that audio or transcripts will be accurate, that summaries will be complete, that a call objective will be achieved, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
14. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bellobi and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or legal penalties arising from your use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bellobi's total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Bellobi in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100.
15. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bellobi and its providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your calls, call content, task content, consent failures, recording failures, violations of calling or privacy laws, misuse of the service, or breach of these Terms.
16. Copyright And Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe content in Bellobi infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at legal@bellobi.com with enough information to identify the content, your rights, your contact information, and the action you request. We may remove or restrict content and accounts that appear to infringe third-party rights.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or Bellobi, except that this does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or non-waivable protections you may have under United States federal or state law.
18. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last updated. Material changes will be posted in the service or on this page. Continued use of Bellobi after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
