Hair appointment booking: online or by phone

Bellobi is an AI personal assistant that calls businesses on your behalf. You can ask it to call your salon and book a haircut at your chosen time. Give it your instructions, then review the call report to check what was agreed.

Choose the service and time

Decide which haircut you want and when you can go. Add a stylist preference only if it matters. If the salon's website already offers the right slot, you can book there yourself.

Set up your haircut request

Fictional example: Sam Rivera wants a routine haircut at Cedar Hair Studio in Philadelphia on 12 November 2026 at 10 a.m. Only that time is acceptable.

On New Task, choose Browse Task Templates → Haircut Appointment. Use the description below and fill its Date and Time field.

The example requests a haircut only. If you need a different service or a particular stylist, add that detail before saving. The appointment time is separate from when the phone call starts.

Let Bellobi make the call

  1. Choose Create to save the task. On New Call, select Haircut Appointment and check the details.
  2. Enter the salon's verified US number in Phone Number. Bellobi uses your account name and contact phone; keep them accurate.
  3. Read Terms Confirmation. When the call is permitted and within reasonable local hours, choose Start Call. You can also choose Schedule for later.

Review the call's result

After the call, open Call Dashboard → Completed Calls → View Report. Read Call Summary and check:

  • The salon, service and any agreed stylist.
  • The full appointment date and start time.
  • Whether the salon confirmed the booking or still needs something from you.

If you need more detail, read the conversation or listen under Recording, when available. An offered time is not a confirmed booking. Handle any deposit directly with the salon and keep its confirmation.

Before you call

Use this for a routine salon haircut, not a medical or healthcare appointment. Keep payment details and passwords out of the task; handle payments directly.

Bellobi is for adults 18+ in the US and personal, non-commercial calls to supported US numbers. Get required permission for an AI call and recording; a public number alone is not consent. Follow the Terms, make required disclosures and honor objections. Regular calls may be recorded and transcribed; see the privacy policy. Bellobi is in beta, so verify important details.
