How to get an oil change quote by phone
Bellobi is an AI personal assistant that calls businesses on your behalf. Give it your vehicle details and ask it to call a shop for an oil-change quote. You can review the reply before deciding whether to book or approve any work.
Prepare the vehicle details
Use your vehicle's year, make and model, plus engine details if you know them. Let the shop confirm the right oil and service; do not guess. An official online quote tool may also help.

Set up a quote-only task
Fictional example: Sam Rivera wants a quote from Maple Auto Care for a personal car, without booking or approving work.
Choose New Task → Create Manually, then add the Vehicle parameter below as Text. This is a custom task; Mechanic Checkup is for pickup status, not quotes.

Let Bellobi make the call
- Choose Create to save the task. On New Call, select Oil change quote and check the details.
- Enter the shop's verified US number in Phone Number. Bellobi uses your account name and contact phone; keep them accurate.
- Read Terms Confirmation. When the call is permitted and within reasonable local hours, choose Start Call. You can also choose Schedule for later.
Review the call's result
After the call, open Call Dashboard → Completed Calls → View Report. Read Call Summary and check:
- The price or range, matched to your vehicle.
- Oil, filter, labor and fees included or left unanswered.
- Any inspection, expiry date or other condition on the quote.
If you need more detail, read the conversation or listen under Recording, when available. Keep an unanswered fee marked as unknown, not zero. Ask for a written estimate before authorizing service yourself. A quote request does not book or approve work.
